Back to School 2022 Program - Sign Up Form
Hello! Welcome to our Back to School Program. We help Compass clients with school supplies for their children. 

Eligible families are those who have completed all necessary intake steps (provided proof of address and live in our area, provided photo/government IDs, and conducted an in-person meeting with one of our intake volunteers) and have school aged children on their account (junior kindergarten to grade 12) seeking school supplies. 

We hope this year that you and your family have a smooth transition back to school and we look forward to supporting you in any way we can.
