Thank you for choosing us to make your special celebration unforgettable! Your experience begins right here, please take a moment to read through the booking details below to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

Whether you’re planning an engagement, anniversary, birthday, proposal, honeymoon, bridal shower, or any special occasion, we’re here to create the perfect setup for you.


How to Book in 4 Simple Steps

1. Choose your location

We decorate hotels, Airbnbs, and homes. Please secure your room or space before booking.

2. Complete this booking form

Select your package and submit this form at the bottom. 

3. Confirm your booking

We’ll contact you within 24–48 hours with your invoice and payment details.

4. Prepare for setup day

If your setup is in a hotel, please let the front desk know your decorator’s name (we’ll provide that after booking).

For home or Airbnb setups, simply share access instructions.

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll take care of the rest! You’ll receive a text when we’re on the way and photos once the setup is complete.

Please plan to keep your loved one distracted for about 2 hours while we work our magic.


Important Details

We provide professional, damage-free decorating - no nails, pins, glitter, confetti, real candles, or materials that may stain.

Packages cannot be altered, but you’re welcome to add extras from our add-on list.


Booking Policies

  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Bookings made with less than 72 hours’ notice include a $100 rush fee.
  • Reschedules incur a $75 fee.
  • If you cancel, your payment will be credited toward a future date.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a retainer or full payment is made.
  • Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or a new form will be required.
  • Making a payment confirms that you agree to these terms.
