A non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate is due at the time of the
reservation with the signed rental agreement. Deposits are required to secure the date of the
event.
The balance of the reservation fee is due no later than 7 days prior to event. No exceptions.
A refundable damage deposit is required in CASH for every event as follows:
< $500 rental fee @ $100
$500-$1000 rental fee @ $200
$1000> $1900 rental fee @ $300
$1900> $3000 rental fee@ $500
$3000> rental fee @$700
$100 cleaning fee will be deducted and the balance of this deposit will be used against any damage, excessive cleaning caused by the client, guests or vendors. Return of this deposit shall be upon satisfactory inspection at the end of your event.
Damage Waiver:
All equipment provided to you is not to be altered, moved or modified. Renters equipment left over
night is at your own risk and Management or Facility is not responsible or liable for loss or damage.
No flammable or combustible effects will be allowed. No change to facility's structure is allowed.
All proposed enhancements to your event must be authorized in writing by Management prior to event.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO refunds or exchanges will be given.
We are not responsible for money transfer charges.
No guns or weapons allowed on the premises.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not abiding by our rules
