For the next upcoming semester,  use this form to request:
   * a Common Exam time for multiple sections/classes a course,
   * an in person exam time and location for a remote/online class
  * an alternative date/time/location for an in person or blended class
All requests will be reviewed and approved by the College Associate Dean(s).

Use this form to request
1) a Common Exam time for multiple sections/classes of In-person, blended or remote classes or

2)  an alternative final exam day/time/room such as
2.1 a set exam time for Online only (asynchronous) classes which does not have an established meeting pattern during the semester
2.2 a larger room to provide additional seat/spacing of students for the single class section


Timeline
Deadline to request for spring 2023 final exam changes or a common exam time: January 25, 2023.

All requests must have Associate Dean approval.
