AWMAC 2019 Presenter Registration Form
Presenters registration form for AWMAC 2019, for capturing the details of the presenters, and the classes they wish to present. The attendance cost for Presenters is $300 for the full event, or $100 per day.

AWMAC 2019 will operate on a profit sharing basis, where by we will reimburse the costs borne by presenters up to the total cost of their entry and travel costs. This reimbursement will be made from any profit made from the event, and will be paid after the event. As a guide, we were able to reimburse the majority of the costs for all our presenters at AWMAC 2018.

Preferred workshop duration *
We will have 90 minute and 2 hour slots for classes. Default is 90 minutes. Please note that we can't guarantee you will get a 2 hour slot as we are only offering 1 time slot of 2 hours with 4 classes each day. Preference for 2 hour slots will be given to presenters offering multiple classes. If you wish to run more than 1 class please indicate the required duration for the 1st class below, and the 2nd class etc in the Other response field.

Accommodation and Food Requirements
All presenters attending for multiple days will have on-site accommodation provided as part of their entry costs. Event runs from Saturday 8 June to Monday 10 June, 2019. Onsite accommodation is open for check in from 5pm Friday 7 June 2019 for whole event attendees.

Multiple day attendance fee includes onsite accommodation, either in a dorm room or in the onsite campground (BYO tent). Single day participants are only eligible for Daytripping, with no accommodation provided.
