Hello! Thank you for your interest in Kirameku Melody!
We are a New England-based idol group that dances in Idol showcases and masquerades, as well as PVs. We are focused on Love Live, but may expand to include other idol fandoms as well in the future (i.e. Revue Starlight, Zombieland Saga, PJSK/Vocaloid, Enstars, Idolish 7). Please read the information below before submitting an application.
RULES
1. Must be at least 21 years old
2. Must be located in New England
3. Must have reliable transportation to rehearsals (in the Natick/Burlington MA area) and performances
4. Must be able to commit to the time needed to learn dances, including practicing on your own time, submitting practice videos and attending group rehearsals. This includes arriving promptly at the specified times ready to start, and submitting practice videos in a timely manner.
5. Must be able to commit to the financial costs of being in a performance group, including but not limited to rental fees for studio rehearsals, costume costs, convention tickets and photographer/videographer fees.
6. Must be able to work effectively in a group and respect all members. If any issues arise, please discuss with those involved in a mature manner. If you have any concerns, please talk to our leader, Prim (@primrosepandacosplay). Disrespect, harassment, or any action that deliberately hurts others in the group will not be tolerated by any member.
7. Repeatedly skipping performances, practice videos or refusing to work with the group may result in you being asked to leave the group. 8. Violation of any rules may result in you being asked to leave the group.
GROUP INFO
- This is a dance performance group. We will be learning and performing large group and subunit idol dances in and out of conventions. No prior dance experience is required, but you must be comfortable dancing on stage in front of an audience.
- All members are required to attend our Idol Showcase at ANIMAINE each year (excluding extenuating circumstances)
- We encourage members to perform as Kiramelo as subunits or other small groups at events such as ConnectiCon, Tekko, Otakon, Id0l Jam, ColossalCon East, or AnotherAnime Con. These events will not be expected of the full group
- Any out-of-con PVs will take place in New England
- Each member will have an assigned "main" girl, chosen by them based on availability, that they will perform as in each of the 4 Love Live groups (µ's, Aqours, NHSIC, Liella). However, occasional switching of girls for a performance is allowed provided those involved are in agreement (Example: Our "main" Mari and Hanamaru would like to switch parts for a performance, and they agree upon it). This is not a requirement, and each members has first dibs on their main girl
- All songs and outfits are decided upon a majority vote. Our next Performance and PV with be Kira Kira Sensation. Full-time members will be involved in selecting future projects, songs, and outfits.
