PROGRAM PARTICIPATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. I understand that if I fulfill all of the requirements of the Journey Meditation Teacher Training, including in-class hours, homework, home practice and passing both the written and in-class final exams, I will receive a certificate of completion for the level of training that I completed. Paying for the program and completing the in-class hours alone does not constitute a “passing” status for any training.
2. I understand that the Journey Teacher Training Materials are proprietary content and cannot be reproduced by me without written permission from the author. Failure to comply may result in legal action against me.
3. In the event that I need to cancel my enrollment, I agree to notify Journey no later than 48 hours prior to the start date of my program. My training tuition can then be applied to a future training, per the transfer policy below. Teacher training tuition is non-refundable once my enrollment has been finalized.
4. I can transfer my tuition to a future Journey Meditation training of the same level. I will have one year from the start date of my original training to re-enroll; after one year I will forfeit my teacher training tuition.
