Incoming Student Housing Application
Please complete the below application with information for the 2018-2019 academic year. Please be advised that the information we are requesting is to identify your preferences in an attempt to provide you with a positive residential experience here at Albertus Magnus College. We cannot guarantee your preferences, and all housing requests are subject to availability.

The Housing priority deadline is Friday, July 13, 2018.

Please send the $50.00 advance housing deposit to the Business Office to reserve your housing assignment.
Housing deposits are refundable at the end of each academic year as long as residence hall damages do not occur.
Housing applications and deposits received after June 13, 2018 will be considered on a space available basis only.
Applications for Housing are for the full academic year. Contracts may not be broken without proper written documentation for students who are transferring, have medical, or financial circumstances.

Housing Accommodations
If you feel that you will require a housing accommodation based on medical/ADA needs please contact the Office of Residential Life for a Housing Accommodation Request form and policy information. All documentation must be submitted by June 15, 2018.
