It is explicitly intended for off-road use only. TunedbyOwen CO. and its employees cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from or related to the tuning process.
By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that ECU tuning carries inherent risks, including but not limited to damage to vehicle components, engine failure, transmission failure, and emissions-related issues.
2. Off-Road Use Only: You acknowledge that tuning services provided by TunedbyOwen CO. are intended solely for off-road use, and any use of tuned vehicles on public roads is at your own risk and may violate legal regulations.
3. Waiver of Liability: You waive any and all claims, actions, or demands against TunedbyOwen CO. and its employees arising from or related to ECU tuning, including but not limited to claims for negligence, breach of contract, or product liability.
4. Responsibility for Damages: You accept full responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the tuning process, including but not limited to damage to the vehicle's engine, transmission, tires, brakes, ECU, or any other components.
5. No Warranty or Guarantee: You understand that TunedbyOwen CO. does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the performance, reliability, or safety of tuned vehicles.
6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold TunedbyOwen CO. and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your use of tuned vehicles or any actions related to the tuning process.
7. Acknowledgment of Understanding: You certify that you have read and understand the terms of this waiver and that you are signing it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this liability waiver.
