Parents/Carer are to always support and guide their children and must not leave them unattended at any time. Messy Makers takes no responsibility of care, safety, or control of any child. Messy Makers will involve a range of different edible and non-edible resources during the session. Please discourage your children from ingesting any of the resources due to potential and unknown allergies. It is important you inform Messy Makers in the enrolment form of any food intolerances/allergies as items such as flour, pasta, dairy etc may be used during the sessions, where possible adaptions will be made to reduce/remove the risk of reactions. Parents/carers are to ask Messy Makers during the session of any queries about resources used. Some resources may present a choking hazard. Messy Makers does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attribute from any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the parent/carer to fully supervise their children at all times. At times there may be spillages from the play trays, and this can become a health and safety issue. Please always be aware of this for your own and your child’s safety and make the session leader aware. The session leader will continuously risk assess throughout the session and deal with any health and safety issues promptly. Although photo consent has been requested, you also can take photos, but please ensure the photos only contain images of your own children. If your children are unwell or showing signed of being unwell, please do not attend Messy Makers session until they are well again. Messy Makers recommends that children wear clothing appropriate for the session and will not be liable for any stains or marks on children’s clothes. Under no circumstance will Messy Makers take responsibility for loss or damages to personal possessions during a session. Prior booking for sessions is essential as it will allow Messy Makers to ensure the meet relevant Health and Safety guidelines for each setting. This event is a catered event and the food (kid's meal of cheese pizza slices and fries) is provided by Crazy Kingdom, Northallerton. This event is non refundable.
Messy Makers messy play will start at 3:30pm, this will last for 45 minutes, followed by food for children booked onto this event (kid's meal of cheese pizza slices and fries), which is provided by Crazy Kingdom, Northallerton. Children booked on will then be able to use the soft play at Crazy Kingdom until closing time, 6pm along with the general public. Information about allergies will be passed on to Crazy Kingdom so food can be made to cater for allergies and intolerances.
