DETAILS & AGREEMENT

1) Be friendly & comfortable in front of the camera. Pictures are fun, and we want to have a blast with you!

2) Attend Medford, Colby, Amherst, Stevens Point, Wausau East & West, Rib Lake, Abbotsford, Stratford, Marshfield, Prentice, Spencer, Athens, Edger High Schools and be part of the class of 2015. We will only be picking a limited number of Senior Models this year. 1 or 2 from each high school, but we would still love for you to have your Senior Portrait Experience with us if you’re not selected. Our previous REPS & Models help us in our decision making process, but we think you’re all rock stars ☺

3) Be available to have your session{s} completed by May 15th, 2014.
Agree to tell friends & classmates about James Stokes Photography, and share your photos with them.

-Have a parent or legal guardian sign a model release form
-Agree to represent only James Stokes Photography and use our images as your senior portraits.
