Please use this form to apply for both Team Manager and Team Treasurer positions for the 2023-2024 season.

Team Managers and Team Treasurers, who submit their application on time and prior to August 15, 2023, will receive 10 volunteer credits per position type, per team, upon completion of their full commitment.

Maximum number of positions associated per team will stay at 5, unless discussed with and approved by the Player/Coach Development Director and Volunteering Coordinator.

Part-time, shared or shift working members do have the option of receiving partial credits, as discussed by the Player/Coach Development Director and Volunteering Coordinator at the start of the season.
