This Volunteer Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Swagged Out Nerds, LLC (“SON”) and the undersigned volunteer (“Volunteer”). By signing below, the Volunteer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms:

Application Acknowledgment

I understand that completion of this application does not guarantee or constitute an offer of a volunteer opportunity. I certify that all information provided by me throughout the application and selection process is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that falsification, misrepresentation, or omission of information may result in the rejection of my application or the termination of my volunteer status.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in volunteer activities for CBF Isekai involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other loss. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may result from my participation in such activities.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to volunteer, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Swagged Out Nerds, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in volunteer activities, whether caused by negligence (active or passive) or otherwise.

Medical Fitness and Compliance

I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in volunteer activities. I agree to comply with all event rules, instructions, and safety requirements established by Swagged Out Nerds, LLC.

Governing Law & Venue Clause 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [your county], Georgia.

Medical Treatment Clause

In the event of a medical emergency, I consent to SON seeking necessary treatment on my behalf, and I agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Insurance Disclaimer

I understand that SON does not provide health or accident insurance for volunteers and that I am responsible for my own coverage.

Entire Agreement

I acknowledge that this document constitutes the entire agreement between myself and Swagged Out Nerds, LLC regarding liability and release. No oral representations, statements, or promises apart from this written Agreement have been made.
