Hi devs! It's our third year of organizing RTC.ON – WebRTC, streaming & AI conference. 

Based on your feedback, in this year's edition we'd love to see more product-based talks and success stories. Did you solve a real problem, optimize something, have a clear difference between an old and a new solution? If yes, tell us more about it – these talks will be promoted!

If your topic is not listed below, don't hesitate to submit it anyway, we will for sure take it into consideration.

Success stories, in particular:
  • Optimizations - what, why, and how much faster/better.
  • Products - architecture overview, challenges to overcome, scalability, users volume

WebRTC-based, in particular:
  • WebRTC integration with LLM platforms.
  • Streaming solutions based on WebRTC, WHIP and WHEP.
  • WebRTC on embedded devices.
  • WebRTC directions and trends.

Cloud-based, in particular:
  • Distributed and Scalable Streaming Solutions.
  • Networks and network configurations in multimedia solutions.
  • Content Delivery Networks.
  • Cloud Computing and Containerisation in multimedia.
  • Multimedia streaming infrastructure and hardware.

Composition-based, in particular:
  • Audio/video composition on various platforms and runtimes.
  • Hardware accelerated encoding/decoding solutions (in particular Vulkan-based) and comparison between them.
  • Various rendering APIs (e.g. WebGPU, Vulkan, OpenGL), and comparison between them.
  • Multimedia APIs in browsers.
  • WASM in multimedia.

AI-based, in particular:
  • AI-based encoding/compression.
  • Frame generation.
  • Frame Super Resolution.
  • Real-time audio/video processing (e.g. object detection, image segmentation, object tracking).
  • Generative AI - image/audio/video generation, image/video inpainting.
  • Edge AI - advances in running models on edge devices.
  • Image/Video quality enhancements.

Other:
  • Media over QUIC, WebCodecs and WebTransport.
  • Traditional streaming methods - RTMP, (LL)HLS, SRT, RTSP.

Timeline, logistics and what we offer to accepted speakers:

- The conference is organized by Software Mansion and takes place in Kraków, Poland, September 17-19 2025. The first day is dedicated to workshops, and the remaining 2 days are main conference days reserved for talks.
- The length of your presentation should be 20 minutes. We reserve additional 5 minutes after each talk for a short Q&A session. 
- You can submit your proposal until June 2 and we will notify everyone about their result by June 13, 2025.
- If your talk proposal gets accepted you are granted free access to the main conference (September 17-19) and all conference-related activities, such as the boat party and Speaker's Dinner (September 17).
- We offer free accommodation for our speakers for the duration of the event (September 17-20) & a special Speaker's merch. We do not offer travel cost reimbursement. 
- If you have more than one topic that you'd like to propose, please fill this form once for each of your submissions.
