วิธีการให้ความยินยอมเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยวิธีการผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต
Method of giving consent to disclose information by means of the internet.

1. ผู้ให้ความยินยอมจะต้องกรอกข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง / The data subject must fill out the information correctly.
2. การให้ความยินยอมผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตให้ถือว่ามีการลงลายมือชื่อแล้ว / Giving consent via the Internet system shall be deemed to have been signed.

 1. ผู้จำหน่ายจะต้องมีการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นของตนเอง
      Authorized dealers must take their own personal data protection measures.
 2. ข้อมูลระหว่างลูกค้ากับผู้จำหน่ายที่รั่วไหลออกไป  ให้เป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้จำหน่าย
      Leaked information between customers and dealers to be the responsibility of the supplier.
