Greetings from Residence Life!

Residents needing to stay in the residence halls or apartments/townhomes after the official closing dates are required to submit a Extended Stay Request Form to the Department of Residence Life. In the request form, residents will be asked for their reason for needing to stay past the official closing date. Residents should be ready to provide their rationale on the request form. Only students whose requests have been approved will be allowed to stay. Request approval or denial will be sent via email from your Area Coordinator with check-out instructions.

An extended stay will only be offered from Saturday, May 9th (Residence Halls) to Saturday, May 16th. Extended Stay Cost: $35 per night (up to three nights) or $235 per week (after three nights)

Residents who stay past the 16th will be required to sign up for Summer Housing. Click here for information regarding summer housing. This Spring 2026 Extended Stay Form will be available from now until May 8th, 2026.Please note that all Residence Life policies (including visitation and no guests) are still in effect during the entirety of the extended stay period.
