Youth Combo Softball/Soccer Camp Registration Form


This camp is for campers going into 2nd through 5th grade in the Fall of 2025. It is designed to introduce and enhance athletes to the fundamentals and game situations of both sports. Coaches will consist of current and former SMS Athletes as well as our SMS Coaches. 

  • IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF CAMP SHIRTS DURING CAMP WEEK, SHIRTS HAVE TO BE ORDERED BY 5/01. 

  • CAMP REGISTRATIONS THAT OCCURR AFTER 5/01 ARE NOT GUARANTEED A CAMP SHIRT FOR THIS YEAR.

Registration/ Payment Confirmation: There is an $80 registration fee that includes camp t-shirt and insurance. I understand my registration will not be complete until Coach Ruis receives payment via the mail or Venmo.
