North Central Church Planting Conference Registration Form
Please fill out the following form to be entered in the Church Planters Needs List. This list will be given to those who attend the North Central Church Planting Conference. The dates of the conference are May 5th & 6th.

Each church planter must indicate their agreement with the following doctrinal positions:
The King James Bible is the only version to be used for English-speaking people.

The individual registering is Baptist, and stands in the Baptist position only.

The church being planted is/will be Baptist in both name (not a ‘Bible church’, ‘nondenominational’, etc.) and doctrine as long as the individual registering is the pastor.

Only authentic, New Testament Baptist churches have the authority to start churches, and the individual registering is being sent out under the authority of such a church.

Only two ordinances were given to a local New Testament Baptist church - Baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper.
