Mountainworks Sales Contract 
  • You allow Mountainworks to sell your equipment for you. 
  • You receive 60% of the sale of your items as a check. It's your responsibility to come pick up your payment.  You may also use the money on your account for an additional 10% toward in store purchases. 
  • Mountainworks reserves the right to discount your item(s) up to 50% after every 90 days of displaying an item.
  • Mountainworks assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or destruction of any item including claims made by a third party to the item. 
  • At our discretion, we may request that unsold items are picked up. If the items are not retrieved within ten days, or other arrangements made, items may be further discounted or donated to charity.
  • Mountainworks will keep money on an account for a 365 days after the sale date of an item. After which point the money is void.
