Spring 25 Student i-Ready Sign Up Form 
All students in 9th, 10th and 11th grade are required to take the i-Ready diagnostic test once in the fall semester and once in the spring semester. This is our school-wide internal assessment for math and English.

The proctored zoom testing sessions are in 90 minute blocks starting at 9:00am and ending at 3:00pm. Students will sign up for at least one test session per day that you will attend. Once you finish both math and English, you do not need to attend additional scheduled test sessions. 
  • Friday, May 9th at 9am and 10:30am
  • Monday, May 12th at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm and 1:30pm
  • Tuesday, May 13th at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm and 1:30pm
  • Wednesday, May 14th at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm and 1:30pm
  • Thursday, May 15th at 9am, 10:30am, 12pm and 1:30pm
  • Friday, May 16th at 9am and 10:30am
Students in Essential English and Essential Pre-Algebra or Essentials Algebra: You will attend your Essentials classes and take the iReady in class. Select the time slot below that best matches with your Essentials class. If you do not have Essentials one of the testing days, please sign up for a separate proctored time slot from the options below.

NOTE: There will not be live classes for in-house Sage Oak courses this week so that students can prioritize completing the i-Ready.

REQUIRED TEST SESSION SIGN UP: Please sign up for at least one test session each day. You may check multiple sessions within the same day as well.

If you have extenuating circumstances or conflicts one day and cannot test, please explain below.

Once you finish both math and English, you do not need to attend additional scheduled test sessions. However, students who rush will be flagged and required to take the assessment again. Please ensure you do your best on the assessment so that it accurately reflects your skills and knowledge.

If students sign up for a time and they do not attend, and their testing is not complete, it will result in a Missed Assessment TREP.
