GRAYSON ELITE TRYOUT PRE-REGISTRATON FORM
PLEASE READ COMPLETELY: This Pre-Registration form is for 4th - 8th grade boys/girls that attend a Grayson Cluster School interested in trying-out for a Grayson Elite Basketball Team which participates in the Georgia Youth Basketball Association (GYBA). The participant MUST attend a Grayson Cluster School or Home School / Private School but resides in the Grayson School Cluster. There is no fee to participate in tryouts. Should your participant be selected for the team, the total cost to participate is $500.00 (includes GYBA team entry fee, preseason tournaments, gym rental fee, practice and game uniforms).  $250.00 will be due no later than September 15th and the remaining $250.00 will be due no later than October 15th.

PLEASE NOTE: Playing Time Is Not Guaranteed During Games But Rather Allotted At The Coaches Discretion. By Proceeding With This Registration Form, You Acknowledge Acceptance And Understanding of Such.
