At the Integrative Touch Healing Center, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. To ensure fairness and effective management of our resources, we have established the following cancellation policy for therapeutic services and treatments:
Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, we will gladly accommodate your request, and any payments made for the therapeutic service or treatment will be fully refunded to you. We appreciate your timely communication, as it allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Cancellation within 24 Hours of Scheduled Treatment: If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour period prior to your scheduled treatment, the cost of the therapeutic service or treatment will be charged. Please note that if you are on scholarship, your eligibility may be affected by multiple late cancellations and/or no-shows. Community members on any level of scholarship will incur a $50 charge instead of the full price of the treatment.
This policy helps us minimize disruptions in our schedule and ensures that our practitioners' time is respected. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a well-organized and efficient healing center.
Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, and we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals. However, please note that arriving late for your scheduled appointment may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that we can maintain the schedule for subsequent clients. The full cost of the scheduled treatment will still be charged.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where no cancellation notice is provided, the full cost of the therapeutic service or treatment will be charged. Please note that if you are on scholarship, your eligibility may be affected by multiple late cancellations and/or no-shows. Community members on any level of scholarship will incur a $50 charge instead of the full price of the treatment. We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment to avoid any inconvenience for both our practitioners and other clients.
Refunds and Account Credits: Refunds for cancellations made within the appropriate notice period will be processed using the original method of payment. For payments made in cash, refunds will be provided in the form of a check or credited to your account for future services, upon your request.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur, and we will handle these on a case-by-case basis with empathy and understanding. Please contact our staff as soon as possible if you encounter any unforeseen circumstances that affect your ability to attend your scheduled appointment.
