Summer Youth Drama Camp β Terms of Registration
Eligibility
Open to youth ages 6-17.
Participants must be able to follow instructions and participate in group activities.
Registration & Fees
A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a spot.
Early bird and sibling discounts (if applicable) must be claimed at the time of registration.
Fees are non-refundable after July 7th, 2025.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made before July 1st, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds will be given after July 7th, 2025, except in cases of medical emergency (with documentation).
Camp may be canceled due to low enrollment; full refunds will be issued in that case.
Attendance & Participation
Regular attendance is expected to ensure a successful final performance.
Participants should arrive and be picked up on time.
Code of Conduct
Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and peers.
Bullying or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.
Media Release
Photos and videos may be taken during camp and used for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not consent.
Health & Safety
Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
Campers must bring any necessary medications and instructions.
Drop-off & Pick-up
Drop-off begins at 8:50am or 11:50am; pick-up is no later than 12:15pm or 3:15pm.
Late pick-ups may incur a fee of $1 per minute.
Performance
A final performance will be held on the final day of each camp; families are welcome to attend.
Participation in the performance is expected unless prior arrangements are made.
