2021 - Call for Sponsored Proposals
Deadline for Submissions— 11:59 p.m. EDT, 1 April 2020

Starting 8 January 2020, NGS is pleased to accept proposals for the NGS 2021 Family History Conference, Virginia: The Deep Roots of a Nation, which will be held in Richmond, Virginia, 19‒22 May 2021.

Organizations wishing to sponsor a lecture may submit proposals by completing the form below for each proposal. Lecture topics should follow the Call for Proposals recommendations. Please do NOT submit proposals for luncheon talks here. If your lecture proposal has more than one speaker, each person needs to submit a separate proposal and include the second speaker in the outline section.

Please observe word limits for lecture title, lecture summary, and speaker biography. The system accepts up to the number of words stated and automatically deletes all others. Failure to comply with required word counts may also disqualify the proposal.

Lecture speakers who are sponsored by an organization will receive a full complimentary registration. They receive no other compensation from NGS, although they may receive compensation from the sponsoring organization.

Please complete the form below and hit the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the screen. Take note that there is no “save” feature for this form. If you leave the page, you will need to start over.
