Thank you for you interest in requesting an exhibitor/vendor table for our conference! We invite both for-profit and non-profit businesses and organizations to be a part of the SD ECE conference.

The conference will be held at the Arrowwood Resort in Oacoma, SD April 11-13, 2024.

Your space will include one table (with cover) and two chairs for the duration of the conference.

Once we receive your request form, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Exhibitors/vendors will be sent more specific information about set up as we get closer to the event.

Type of organization/business & size of space

Single - one table with two chairs

Double - double space includes one table with two chairs and additional space (i.e. you have additional racks or display items)

Please note - in addition to table space, your fee will include the listing of your organization and a link to your website on the conference website exhibitors & vendors page.

Commercial Business - Single ($325)
