Puppy Application.
AKC Standard Poodles
For feature litters 2026

We are particular about where our puppies go. If there is a puppy that you would prefer. We will evaluate that puppy and make sure that it is the best fit for you. All puppies are selected at 8-10 weeks of age and owners are picked and matched up with the puppies we believe best fit them.
All our puppies are evaluated by a Service Dog / Therapy Dog Trainer at 6-7 weeks of age. Once those puppies are evaluated, we then select puppies to be donated to a Service Dog Program and any other puppies that are good candidates for Service / Therapy work will be placed with families looking for medical needed Service or Therapy  Dogs, then select Therapy Working dogs. We then will place the remaining puppies in loving family pet homes if there are any left after selections have been made.

Puppies begin potty training / litter training at 3 weeks of age.
We will begin kennel training at 5 weeks.
Puppies are introduced to the grooming table and the grooming process at 4 weeks of age.
Puppies begin puppy class at 7-8 weeks of age. We get volunteers to help us with our puppy classes. This way, puppies are very well socialized. We do about 4-5 classes before the puppies reach 12 week of age before going home.
Yes, we keep our puppies until they are 12 weeks of age, and you are not able to take them any sooner. The reason why we do this is because puppies learn so much from their moms and siblings. By taking them away too soon, they are not ready and oftentimes develop some early training issues because they didn't get the proper tools that are given to them by staying with their mom longer. Typically, our puppies do not officially wean from their mom until they are about ten weeks of age. It also depends on the mom and when she wants to wean them. During this weaning stage, the mom teaches them very important boundaries.

Puppies will  received all vaccines needed before going home. Microchipped and
go home with a Certificate of health from a licensed veterinarian.
And a puppy kit filled with lots of goodies.

How do you inquire a puppy?
By donating to the cause!

Donation pricing of puppies is determined after puppies arrive and we have determined which puppies and how many will be donated.
We base our price off the expense that goes into each litter, and how many puppies are donated to programs or families in need. By adopting a family pet with a donation, you are helping the cause and helping families that may not be able to afford a service Dog or a therapy dog for their loved one.

We do not sell puppies with breeding rights. All puppies must be spayed and neutered by 2 years of age.

Determining which puppy goes to which family will be determined by the breeder. Puppies will be picked out at 8-10 weeks old no sooner. This way we are able to properly determine which puppy will suit which family best based off of temperament and personality.

Our goles for 2026.

Personal Touch Standard Poodles INC

Touching the lives of families in need of Service and Therapy Dogs

Our mission is to raise ethically breed and health-test standard poodles with the singular goal of providing exceptional puppies to service dog organizations and therapy dog programs for families in need. Whether through a professional training program or self-training. We are dedicated to making a profound impact.
We understand that responsible breeding is a significant investment, with each litter potentially costing upwards of $8000 or more to raise properly. While these costs are typically offset by the sale of remaining puppies to family homes, we recognize that such a price can be prohibitive for many.  This is why we are starting a nonprofit. As a nonprofit, our aim is to sustain our commitment to breeding well-bred, health-tested dogs, enabling us to continue donating puppies and offering the remaining puppies to deserving families at an accessible price.

Until our nonprofit is official at this time we cannot take any donations. We are currently in the early stages. This can take anywhere from 4-6 months.
Delilah
November 1st 2025
A Personal Delilah Rose, aka Delilah, as she embarks on her breeding journey. She has big paws to fill, as her mamma, Ivy, is now enjoying her retirement. If all goes smoothly and she passes all her testing, we are eager to move forward with breeding plans during her next heat cycle.

We know that her eye and cardiac tests came out normal and clear. We just need to wait for a few more tests for her: hips, elbows, thyroid, and genetic testing. We will have to wait a few weeks or more to get the results.

It was a very busy day at the breeding clinic. Lots of dogs, lots of people. I was pleasantly surprised at how well she did. Right before we left, one of the technicians whispered to me, "By the way, she was one of the best dogs here."  So good to hear that, and all of our hard work is paying off.
