Friendships can bring children happiness, but they can also be difficult. Children may feel left out, lose a friend, experience conflict, or struggle to know where they belong.
Join parenting author and educator Michelle Mitchell for a practical session designed to help parents better understand and support their children’s friendships.
Michelle will share simple strategies to help parents:
- understand why friendship problems happen
- talk with children about friendship worries
- support children through conflict, change, and feeling left out
- help children build healthy and caring friendships
- understand how technology, loneliness, and modern pressures can affect friendships.
Parents and carers will leave with practical ideas they can use at home.
