Wall of Education Tree Leaf Application

Eligibility for wall recognition:

  1. Teachers (minimum 10 years).

  2. Teacher Aides (minimum 10 years).

  3. Custodian (minimum 10 years).

  4. Secretary (minimum 10 years).

  5. Administrator (minimum 10 years).

  6. Board member (minimum 9 years).

  7. Other nominees not listed must be approved by the committee (10 years minimum).

-Only those who are no longer employed or serving the Carlstadt School District are eligible.

-All nominees must have left the Carlstadt School District in good standing.


Donation offering (minimum $100)

Checks should be made out to "CEA Philanthropic Fund" and sent to 550 Washington Street, Carlstadt, NJ 07072 or you can Venmo to Jennifer Carlin @CarlstadtEA


No leaves will be considered for engraving unless donation is received.
