Pick your Price - Sliding Scale:

We invite you to collaborate in our 'sliding scale' pricing model and help us create a more inclusive Gulch community. Pick your Price according to your values and means: If you have the means to support your own child's experience- fantastic; If you have the means to pay it forward and provide financial aid to the next trekker, you now have the power to do so. The agency is all yours.

HOW:
Instead of telling you a specific dollar amount to pay for a trek, we ask you to choose what amount you would like to pay. It’s that simple. We want the amount you pay for the trek to be determined by the value you think it has, and the means of you and your family. (Minimum $50 for Go Trek and minimum $500 for PT-TT)

Once you determine what your chosen price will be, we will go in manually and list that as the tuition amount for your child's chosen trek (please allow up to 2 business days for this to reflect). We require a 20% non-refundable deposit, which will be determined from your tuition amount.

Note: Your chosen price (formerly known as tuition cost) does not influence acceptance into our programs. Trekkers are accepted into all programs based solely on their application and ability to participate fully in the Trek.

For those who are wondering about the old fee system, the cost to run our programs is around $225 per day. We've shifted to this new tuition model inspired by the Gift Exchange Economy to create and support a more inclusive community. Thanks for making the leap with us!
