- YOU are responsible for ALL record keeping of your receipts & payment information which is sent to you from us, or our credit card processing company.
1. PICK-UP & DROP-OFF INFO:
- All participants must be signed in and out each day at pick-up and drop-off.
- Summer Programs run from 9am to 4pm in the summer.
- Summer Drop-off begins at 8:35am and ends at 9:00am
- Summer Pick-up begins at 3:45pm and ends at 4:05pm
- Spring Break Programs run from 10am-3pm. Details regarding what to bring as well as drop-off & pick-up times will be emailed to you after sign-up
- Please call and notify the Raven Rock Summer Program team/director if your child will be absent or needs to be picked up early.
- A signed note from the parent/guardian must be provided to the director in advance in order to allow anyone not on the designated pick up, or emergency contact list, to pick up your child.
2. REQUIREMENTS:- Wear comfortable, washable, play clothes. It is advised that children wear comfortable, washable, play clothes to our programs each day.
- Closed toed shoes are ALWAYS REQUIRED with socks. NO flip-flops/sandals, crocks, or clogs; (we don't want anyone's little toes getting hurt.)
- Please send your child with appropriate rain gear when necessary, because our activities take place primarily outdoors.
- Sunscreen and bug spray. Children must apply their own sunscreen and insect repellent, or have it applied prior to arriving each day.
- All children must bring lunch AND snack every day.
- A large, SEALABLE, insulated, water bottle is also REQUIRED. Please do NOT send Stanley's and like products, as they spill and do not seal.
- Please make sure your child’s name is clearly labeled on all items sent with them.
Please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately and follows our dress code-
NO exposed stomachs/midriff for girls or boys,
NO low cut necklines,
NO exposed bras or boxers,
NO political, political reference, or social issue gear/ clothing, this includes, but is not limited to, LGBT+ as well as all presidential and political parties. We are here to have fun and let children be children, not cause extra stress or annoyance.
NO short-shorts. All shorts must cover butts even when bent over. During physical sports activities this is especially important.
NO clothing, stickers, or items of any kind showing any curse words. This includes curse words that are half blurred out, and/or with special characters to cover up part of the word. This is simply not appropriate.
NO weapons of any kind.
NO survival bracelets.
NO apple air tags/tracking devices - We fully understand your concern in todays society. However, these devices/accounts are not the most secure. We ask respectfully that you leave these devices at home for the safety of the group. In addition, we do not want the device to become broken/damaged due to games and water activities. We assure you, your children are always in the best care and under the watchful gaze of our team members at all times.
NO phones, cameras, or any other electronic devices. These are STRONGLY PROHIBITED on our grounds. No exceptions! This includes smart watches. Our team will always have access to phones should there be an emergency situation or a reason to contact a parent/guardian. If your child shows up to the grounds with any electronic or "smart" device, it will be taken away and placed somewhere safe until pickup.
Raven Rock Summer Programs is not responsible for any loss or damages to any electronic device brought to the programs.
We are here to transport your children back in time, to have fun without technology! Your children will have so much fun that they won't even notice they haven't been on electronics all day.
3. Please check your email after registering!
- A welcome email & separate invoice will be issued within 72 hours of registering.
- Included in the welcome email will be 2 required waivers that will need to be signed and scanned back to us within 7 days.
Please check all junk and spam folders.
4. Payment:
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
Credit card companies NOT accepted- American Express and all pre-paid credit cards/gift cards.
- All Credit Card payments must be paid in-full WITHIN 1 WEEK OF REGISTERING.
- All Check and Cash payments must be paid in-full and received WITHIN 2 WEEKS of registering.
Late Payments:
- If full payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $25.00 will be automatically added to the balance.
- If full payment is not received 1 week after the due date, your child will be disenrolled. At that time you will need to re-register.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. REFUNDS: Will ONLY be issued if:- you give us at least 3 months advance notice of the session(s) you are registered for; AND
- the week is not already sold out at that time.
If you need to withdraw your child from our program and the week is already sold-out, and /or it is within 3 months of the session, we do NOT issue any refund(s). NO EXCEPTIONS!
Refunds will not be issued due to circumstances beyond the control of Raven Rock Summer Programs LLC, resulting in early dismissal or cancelation of the programs (for example, but not limited to: extreme weather).
