2025-2026 L-Cat Pass Permission Form 

Dear Families,

L-Cat Pass eligibility is based on the previous quarter's performance. 

To be eligible for the L-Cat Pass for the current quarter, your student must meet the following criteria:
* Grade level 12, 11, & 10 (10th grade starts Semester 2) 
* Earning at least 11.25 credits
* 2.7 GPA or above
* No failing or incomplete grades
* No pending school fines or course fees
* No disciplinary referrals
* No truancies, suspensions or expulsions
* No more than 3 unexcused absences
*Less than 6 tardies 
* No use or possession of drugs, alcohol or nicotine (including vaping)
* Parent/Guardian completed L-Cat Pass google form

Privileges 10-12th grade
* Open campus during lunch
* Signing out to the Commons or LMC hallway cubbies for study hall or completed online class

Privileges 12th grade only
* Leave at the start of study hall/completed online class or arrive after study hall/completed online class is over

In addition to meeting the criteria above, this completed L-Cat Pass parent permission form must be submitted for a student to receive an L-Cat pass. One permission form is good for the current school year.

At any time during the quarter, the L-Cat pass may be reviewed and revoked if circumstances warrant.
