The C-U Immigration Forum Immigrant Welcome Awards recognize the contributions of individuals and organizations that have created a welcoming atmosphere for immigrants in the Champaign-Urbana community. We seek nominations of individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions, taken risks, and have provided leadership for the well-being and success of immigrants in Champaign County. Nominees may be immigrants or U.S. born except as specified in the categories below.

Nominations are now being accepted and are due on Sunday, August 9 at midnight.
Please don't procrastinate; the form is short! As we need more information, we will contact you.  

Please select the Award category for which you would like to make a nomination. You can make multiple nominations but each must have a separate form; one form PER nomination. Previous award winners will NOT  be reconsidered for the same category; see section 2 of this form for a list of previous winners.
