POLICY OBJECTIVE: To promote the consistent brand, image, and colors used in future projects that are to be permanent in nature for the promotion or representation of NOSD as a district.
SCOPE: In the event there is a request to alter graphics, banners, walls or signs in a permanent basis (permanent defined at more than a semester) the initiator shall seek approval from the Buildings and Grounds Committee.
TIMELINE: You will receive approval or denial within 10 business days of submitting proposal.
PROCEDURE: A form should be filled out. Attachment of an image proposing the change is suggested. Request is routed to the Buildings and Grounds Committee (Administrative Member, School Board Member, Director of Buildings and Grounds). Approval can be made without being an agenda item at the Committee meeting or may require further discussion and approval at that meeting.
