I understand that I will not knowingly send my child to school sick.  Example, but not limited to - green nose, persistent cough, fever, diarrhea, achy, red goopy eyes, sore throat or headache etc..... We understand seasonal allergies and will certainly take that into account. You agree to keep your child home until they have been fever free for 24 hours.  If they are on antibiotics, they will need to be on them for a period of 24 hours, before returning to school. *
I understand that my child must be potty trained before coming to school.  We have taken into account the age of our students and are always here to help them with their bathroom needs. *
I understand that my registration is not complete until I pay the $100 registration fee! ($50 for returning students) This fee will be used to purchase supplies and snacks for the year! This can be paid through Venmo @GrowingHeroes-Preschool, Zelle - growingheroespreschool@gmail.com or by check to either Danai Mooneyham or Natalie Clark
I approve of Growing Heroes taking and posting pictures of my child  to be shared in a google share folder with other students in their class. *
