Waiver of liability *

This waiver is compulsory for all attendees. * PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: I agree to assume full responsibility for not exceeding my personal physical limits during my participation in Osho meditations and celebrations. It is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation in meditations and celebrations. I understand that I will take care of myself, my health and well being during the meditations and celebrations. I agree to immediately notify meditation staff of any changes in my physical condition, which would result in modifications or limitations to my ability to participate in meditations and/or celebrations. I agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold Osho Meditation staff; its conductors, organizers and participants free and harmless from any and all claims, of any nature whatsoever whether or not from the acts of Osho Meditation Staff, excepting only for gross negligence or willful wrong doing. There may be some occasional touching by the camp leader whose sheer purpose is to transmit energy to the participant.
