ALL Fall 2018 Registration Form
REGULAR CLASS REGISTRATION: One Registration Form needs to be submitted for each person. You are welcome to attend classes for which you have not registered (except where there are attendance limits). However, registration does help ALL serve you. It helps to assure that an adequate number of chairs are available for each class, and it is one of the factors in determining when socials are scheduled.

You do not need to answer "no" if you don't plan to attend. This response is offered only to allow you to cancel an erroneous "yes" answer. Just clicking on "yes" a second time doesn't erase it as I might prefer.

The September 20 class is a bit unusual, if you sign-up and attend that class, you will have priority to go on a field trip to an active logging site (see the Schedule of Classes, available from the ALL home page). You must still register for the field trip--see next section of this form. Only the first field trip will be done unless it fills and more people are signed up. While attendees at the September 20 class will have priority, others may also register for the field trips. Confirmation for participation for either field trip will be confirmed only after the 9/20 class.

Logging Site Field Trips
These field trips may not be appropriate for every ALL member. The trip is to an active logging site where, at best, the ground is uneven and possibly muddy. If you sign up for and attend the September 20 movie class, Sometimes a Great Notion, (see Humanities Strand section, above) you will get priority to attend a Logging Site Field Trip. The second field trip will only take place if the first one fills (14 people). If you can go on a field trip on only one date, sign up for that. If you can go on either date, sign up for both. If you do not sign up for and do not attend the movie class, you might still be able to go on one of the field trips. Sign up for either or both dates that you could attend. Everyone who submits a registration request will be notified by email after the September 20 class as to whether or not they may go on one of the trips Please select all responses that apply.
