Note that if you are a current U of M student applying to the Undergraduate Minor and Certificate in ESL/TESL, you will need to apply through the Department of Curriculum and Instruction: https://www.cehd.umn.edu/ci/academics/SLE/TESL-minor.html#minor

If you are a current U of M student, you only need to submit this form. You do not need to submit transcripts.

If you are not a current U of M student and have never submitted your official college transcripts to the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities in the past, you must arrange to have an official transcripts from all colleges or universities you have attended (even if no credit was earned) submitted to the University of Minnesota Admissions office directly from the institution.
