🌈 Free Kids Workshop Program – Explore Emotions through Games 🎈

We invite children (between 8 and 10 years old) to a fun and engaging program of 5 workshops, where we will explore different emotional states and learn, in a light and safe way, to understand and regulate themselves.

All workshops will be facilitated in Portuguese, last approximately 1h30, take place on Saturdays in the morning and will take place in the Ericeira area. The second workshop will be on the day november 15th. The following dates will be agreed with the parents of the registered children.

This program was created by a group of international people with experience in coaching, mentoring and psychology.
