• Organizations must be non-profit. • Priority consideration is given to organizations focusing on education. • Requests must be received at least 6 weeks prior to your event. • Only request per organization will be considered in each calendar year.
All donation requests will be considered, however, it may not be possible to honor all requests. If selected, and depending on the nature of your event, your donation may consist of a family four-pack of tickets to regular events (Starry Nights or Second Saturdays) or a complimentary family membership to Roper Mountain. Holiday Lights, Butterfly Adventure and Summer Camps are not eligible for donation requests.
