Welcome and thank you for participating in the SSS Mystery Box Drawing. I know this has been a long and anticipated wait for you and I know that you will just love this. All you have to do is simply fill out the form and tell us what kind of box appeals to you and we will have a drawing once a week until September 3rd. Once a winner is chosen that week they will get to choose what kind of box they would like to receive. All boxes will be featuring samples,makeup and any other items relating to the theme which can include:Beauty, Grocery, Home, Bath and Body etc... We will also need 2 co-hosts to assist in making boxes if this is something you would like to do your fee is waived and you can enter as well if you would like. If you choose to participate in the drawing there is a small fee of $2.00 to cover shipping. All fees are payable in PayPal to: cholysix@yahoo.com as a donation.  Responses will be collected and fees must be submitted in order to participate.
