TERM LENGTH OF AGREEMENT:  The contract length of this agreement will be equal to the maximum length of time allowed to complete the full program, or until the student officially withdraws or graduates.  Students enrolled in the Master of Ministry program are allowed a maximum of four (4) years to complete the program. Students enrolled in Master of Divinity program are allowed a maximum of six (6) years to complete the program.

Students may request a one time one-year extension for program completion.  If an extension is granted, the student will be required to pay the posted tuition rate at time of request for the additional year.

2. Each three-hour course is designed to be completed in two-months, but may be completed in less time, depending on student's pace of work.

INSTITUTION ACCEPTANCE OF ADMISSION:  MCC will provide an email acceptance or denial of admission after receiving and reviewing a student's submitted application.  Acceptance may be provisional until all admissions forms are received and required transcripts are received and verified.  Students may be retroactively denied if they have intentionally falsified their application. ACCEPTANCE OF TRANSFER CREDITS: MCC may accept transfer credits.  Students may transfer a maximum of 15 credit hours toward the Master of Ministry, or 36 credit hours toward the Master of Divinity from regionally and nationally accredited institutions.  Some non-accredited institution credits may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis if the coursework meets the required standards.  The student must have earned a grade of C or higher in any course considered for transfer credit at the master's level and the courses must align with program requirements. 

Students requesting transfer credit will receive a transcript assessment to determine which courses are transferable toward their MCC degree program graduation requirements.  Students must submit an official copy of a transcript from all previous colleges and may not complete more than one course before their official transcripts are on file. No transcript will be assessed until a student has applied to MCC.

COST OF ATTENDANCE AND FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES (Truth in Lending Statement)

Tuition for this program is $155 per month. Tuition for the Master of Ministry is capped at 42 months ($6,510 total).  Tuition for the Master of Divinity program is capped at 60 months ($9,300 total). 

Additional fees include:
1. $100 Annual Administrative/Technology Fee  (Will be due January 15 beginning in 2026).
2. $75 Application Fee (non-refundable, due upon application submission).
3. $100 Graduation Fee (due upon submission of graduation application).
4. Course Materials/Books: Estimated $10–$30 per course.
5. Proctoring fee: $25-$35 per use of service.  Required for two courses for the Master of Ministry and three courses for the Master of Divinity program.

All fees are paid individually at the required time and are in addition to tuition fee payments.  

MCC does not participate in federal financial aid programs but accepts scholarships from external sources.

Truth in Lending Statement:  Monthly tuition payments are provided interest-free and without finance charges.  The maximum total tuition paid per year for the master's program is $1,860.   

Students are responsible for all tuition and fees until they graduate, withdraw, or reach the tuition cap. Applicable fees will continue to be due as scheduled after tuition cap is reached and until the student graduates or withdraws from the program.

ESTIMATED TOTAL PROGRAM COST: If a student completes his or her entire degree program with MCC, it is estimated that the total program cost, including tuition, fees, and books, will be:

Master of Ministry Program:  $7,375
Master of Divinity Program:  $10,505

This total program cost is only an estimate. The actual total is subject to change due to changes in the cost of tuition, fees and books.  The total cost may be reduced by transfer credits, scholarships, and the rate at which a student completes coursework.  All students have the option to control their overall program cost by completing courses in a timely and consistent manner.

CANCELLATION/TERMINATION POLICY: Any student desiring to cancel or terminate his or her enrollment is required to submit an Official Withdrawal Request form. Students are responsible for canceling any future payments in their student portal billing account.  MCC staff can assist with payment cancellations upon request of the student after notice of withdrawal is received.  The current monthly tuition payment will due unless cancellation is requested at least one business day in advance.

REFUND POLICY: MCC administrative fees are non-refundable.

MCC maintains a strict no-refund policy on tuition payments. The only exception applies to a student’s first tuition payment, which may be refunded within five (5) calendar days of payment, provided that: 
1.The student has not accessed any coursework in the Learning Management System (LMS). 
2. The student submits a written request for a refund to the Student Accounts Office within the allowable timeframe.  After this period, or once coursework has been accessed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including withdrawal from the program. 

WITHDRAWING FROM MCC AND CANCELLING PAYMENTS 
Students may withdraw from their program at any time by completing the official withdrawal process. Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least one full business day prior to the next scheduled tuition payment to prevent additional charges. 

Once a student withdraws: All future payments will be canceled, but previous payments remain non-refundable. If the student decides to return at a later date, they may resume payments and continue their degree without penalty, subject to MCC’s re-enrollment policies.

PRIVACY AND STUDENT RECORDS 
MCC protects student privacy under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Students have the right to:
1. Access and review their educational records.
2. Request corrections to records.
3. Control disclosure of personally identifiable information, except as allowed by law.
4. File a complaint regarding privacy violations.

MCC will not disclose student information other than directory information without consent, except as permitted by law.  At MCC, directory information includes student's name, address, email address, telephone number, field of study (program level, major, minor, concentration and emphasis), dates of attendance, current enrollment status (full-time/part-time, withdrawn, graduated), receipt or non-receipt of a degree, award date of a degree, and academic awards received. Students may request their directory information not be released by submitting the request in writing to MCC.

Binding Agreement, Limitation on Damages, and Governing Law:
This Agreement becomes a legally binding contract when signed by you and a representative of Mosaic Christian College, and it is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to its terms.

Mosaic Christian College shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages arising from any controversy or claim related to this Agreement or breach thereof, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution:
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. By signing this Agreement, you consent to the jurisdiction of both the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and agree that all arbitration proceedings shall be held in Dallas County, Texas unless both parties agree in advance to a neutral location.

COST OF ATTENDANCE AND FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES (Truth in Lending Statement)

Tuition for this program is $155 per month. Tuition for the Master of Ministry is capped at 42 months ($6,510 total).  Tuition for the Master of Divinity program is capped at 60 months ($9,300 total). 

Additional fees include:
1. $100 Annual Administrative/Technology Fee  (Will be due January 15 beginning in 2026).
2. $75 Application Fee (non-refundable, due upon application submission).
3. $100 Graduation Fee (due upon submission of graduation application).
4. Course Materials/Books: Estimated $10–$30 per course.
5. Proctoring fee: $25-$35 per use of service.  Required for two courses for the Master of Ministry and three courses for the Master of Divinity program.

All fees are paid individually at the required time and are in addition to tuition fee payments.  

MCC does not participate in federal financial aid programs but accepts scholarships from external sources.

Truth in Lending Statement:  Monthly tuition payments are provided interest-free and without finance charges.  The maximum total tuition paid per year for the master's program is $1,860.   

Students are responsible for all tuition and fees until they graduate, withdraw, or reach the tuition cap. Applicable fees will continue to be due as scheduled after tuition cap is reached and until the student graduates or withdraws from the program.

ESTIMATED TOTAL PROGRAM COST: If a student completes his or her entire degree program with MCC, it is estimated that the total program cost, including tuition, fees, and books, will be:

Master of Ministry Program:  $7,375
Master of Divinity Program:  $10,505

This total program cost is only an estimate. The actual total is subject to change due to changes in the cost of tuition, fees and books.  The total cost may be reduced by transfer credits, scholarships, and the rate at which a student completes coursework.  All students have the option to control their overall program cost by completing courses in a timely and consistent manner.

CANCELLATION/TERMINATION POLICY: Any student desiring to cancel or terminate his or her enrollment is required to submit an Official Withdrawal Request form. Students are responsible for canceling any future payments in their student portal billing account.  MCC staff can assist with payment cancellations upon request of the student after notice of withdrawal is received.  The current monthly tuition payment will due unless cancellation is requested at least one business day in advance.

REFUND POLICY: MCC administrative fees are non-refundable.

MCC maintains a strict no-refund policy on tuition payments. The only exception applies to a student’s first tuition payment, which may be refunded within five (5) calendar days of payment, provided that: 
1.The student has not accessed any coursework in the Learning Management System (LMS). 
2. The student submits a written request for a refund to the Student Accounts Office within the allowable timeframe.  After this period, or once coursework has been accessed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including withdrawal from the program. 

WITHDRAWING FROM MCC AND CANCELLING PAYMENTS 
Students may withdraw from their program at any time by completing the official withdrawal process. Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least one full business day prior to the next scheduled tuition payment to prevent additional charges. 

Once a student withdraws: All future payments will be canceled, but previous payments remain non-refundable. If the student decides to return at a later date, they may resume payments and continue their degree without penalty, subject to MCC’s re-enrollment policies.

There is no grace period for monthly payments.  A $250 re-enrollment fee may be assessed for students who have been withdrawn for non-payment. PRIVACY AND STUDENT RECORDS 
MCC protects student privacy under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Students have the right to:
1. Access and review their educational records.
2. Request corrections to records.
3. Control disclosure of personally identifiable information, except as allowed by law.
4. File a complaint regarding privacy violations.

MCC will not disclose student information other than directory information without consent, except as permitted by law.  At MCC, directory information includes student's name, address, email address, telephone number, field of study (program level, major, minor, concentration and emphasis), dates of attendance, current enrollment status (full-time/part-time, withdrawn, graduated), receipt or non-receipt of a degree, award date of a degree, and academic awards received. Students may request their directory information not be released by submitting the request in writing to MCC.

Binding Agreement, Limitation on Damages, and Governing Law:
This Agreement becomes a legally binding contract when signed by you and a representative of Mosaic Christian College, and it is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to its terms.

Mosaic Christian College shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages arising from any controversy or claim related to this Agreement or breach thereof, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution:
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. By signing this Agreement, you consent to the jurisdiction of both the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and agree that all arbitration proceedings shall be held in Dallas County, Texas unless both parties agree in advance to a neutral location.
