STEPS FOR BECOMING A MEMBER:
1. Complete this application. Please fill in all answers and fill in 'not applicable' when necessary.
The application will be taken to the next board meeting and then the following member meeting for approval.

After your application is approved by the membership and payment is received it is official!
Directors and member representatives and will be signed up to receive related communications.
We encourage you to have all your staff sign up for the Collaborator, our member newsletter, to keep them updated on trainings and member news. They can email us at
director@causecollectivelincoln.org and we will register them.
