Welcome to registration for the Sixty-Fourth Arizona Model United Nations Conference. 


Before completing this form, please contact domesticcoordination@arizonamun.org to confirm your country and committee assignments.

If you submit the form without doing so, your selected countries and committees will not be guaranteed, and you will be required to re-register.

Other Important Notes Before You Begin:

  • This form must be completed by the lead advisor for each school delegation.
  • All names should be entered exactly as they are to appear on conference credentials.
  • Delegates must be assigned a country and a committee (with real-time updates on availability).
  • Dietary restrictions must be submitted for each attendee receiving lunch.
  • Schools must limit themselves to one submission as this form allows you to enroll up to 30 delegates, if you wish to enroll more delegates, please contact secretarygeneral@arizonamun.org.

Conference Fees:

Delegate Registration Fee:
  • $70 per delegate
  • This fee applies to all student participants representing countries in committee.
  • Includes full participation, all materials, catered Saturday lunch, and admission to the Delegate Dance.
  • Note: This is a hard fee and applies per delegate.

​School Delegation Fee (10+ Delegates):
  • $100 flat fee per delegation of 10 or more delegates
  • Covers additional staffing, materials, and logistical coordination for large delegations.

​Advisor & Guest Pass:
  • $70 per Advisor/Guest
  • This pass is for non-participating adults (e.g., advisors, chaperones, administrators) who wish to:
  • Attend Opening and Closing Ceremonies
  • Accompany students through committee spaces
  • Join the catered Saturday lunch
  • Chaperone-only access to the Delegate Dance (for supervisory purposes only)
  • Advisors and guests are strictly prohibited from participating in the Delegate Dance. This event is exclusively for registered student delegates under the age of 18.

Observer Pass:
  • No cost per Observer
  • Designed for guests (such as school officials, press, and parents) who wish to:
  • Observe committee sessions
  • Note: Observer Passes do not include lunch or access to the Delegate Dance. This pass is strictly for observational purposes during committee, thus will not grant access to opening/ closing ceremonies.
