MIAD Event Support Request Form
This form will allow IT to be able to get all the information that we need to be able to support the events that go on at MIAD. For all event requests, please ensure you're giving us a minimum of 48 hours in advance so that all requests can be accommodated, any less could result in some requests not being able to be fully fulfilled.

We also ask that any IT equipment that is used is returned in a timely manner so that others can use it as well.
