NYS requires school districts that received a 10% or higher increase in foundation aid for the 2023-24 school year to post plans on its webpage for the use of the additional funding.  The increase in state aid the District received for the 2023-24 school year was $2,031,686.  Total foundation aid for the district is $10,139,312.  The increase in foundation aid revenue was fully presented during SWRCSD BOE budget presentations for public comment  To view the 2023-24 budget presentations please visit the following link: 2023-2024 Budget Presentations

The increase in foundation aid for 2023-24 of $2,031,686 as part of the voter approved 2023-24 budget is being utilized to maintain and support the SWRCSD K-12 instructional staff to student ratios.
