Community Psychology Academic Program Survey
The information collected from this survey about your program will be shared with prospective students interested in undergraduate or graduate programs in Community Psychology. It will also be posted on the Academic Programs page on SCRA's website (SCRA27.org). Your responses will be used verbatim so please answer all questions in a manner that you feel is suitable for introducing your program to prospective students.

Note: This form should be filled out by/or in conjunction with someone who has a good knowledge of the program including its curriculum and training. If you have multiple graduate or undergraduate programs in Community Psychology at your institution, we would encourage you to fill out a separate form for each.
