Reserved Training request form
We will email you to confirm your reservation request.  You can cancel by email to Elsie Smith esmith@necenterforcircusarts.com up to 48 hours before the reservation.  You will be charged for any cancellations less than 48 hours before your reservation except for illness. Please make sure you have paid before you request any training times.   NOTE:  you must have completed a Members Only orientation before doing any Reserved Training.   You can do this by emailing scheduler@necenterforcircusarts.com.

Please tell us if you have your own equipment or if you will need to use NECCA equipment.  Be as specific as possible.  Any equipment entering the building must be cleaned before use.  You may be required to leave it at NECCA, and will be given a place to store it.  If you use NECCA equipment you will be given information on where it is stored and how to clean it when you are done with your training. *
Please tell us anything else that might help us meet your needs.  If you are new to Members Only at NECCA, please tell us about your circus arts training (how much, when, where, level, etc).
If you have not added a credit card to your account, please do so by following the steps below.

  1. Log in at https://necenterforcircusarts.asapconnected.com/Login

  2. In the left sidebar, click on “Billing Info”

  3. To the right of “Saved Cards / EChecks,” click “Add New” 

  4. Fill out your name, address, and credit card information.

  5. Please make sure the address matches the one associated with the card’s account.
