Thank you for your interest being a chaperone for the 8th grade trip to Mt. Cardigan taking place the week of September 23, 2019. In order to be assigned to a campgroup, please complete this form.

NOTE: In addition to this form, the Bedford School Board requires an annual background check for any chaperone on the Cardigan field trip. We are now offering free background checks at the SAU office (103 County Road).  Once you have completed this registration process please contact the SAU receptionist at 472-3755 to schedule an appointment. Background checks can be completed beginning in July 2019, and must be completed by August 30, 2019.
