2025 COMMUNITY POLICING AWARD
Use this form to nominate an award winner for the 2025 COMMUNITY POLICING AWARD. 

The COMMUNITY POLICING Award is designed to recognize and thank organizations or individuals that have made an outstanding contribution in community policing as collaborators with the Ohio Crime Prevention Association and demonstrate the success of community engagement.  The selected practitioner will be recognized at the 2025 Ohio Crime Prevention Association's Annual Conference Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, April 1st 2025. 

NOMINATION CRITERIA:

-  Nominations can be made by anyone with knowledge of the community policing endeavors.

-  Nominations should include a detailed description of the outstanding work accomplishments of the community policing programs and engagement. (This will be highlighted at the annual awards luncheon so please be specific.)
