MJP Uniform Survey

The Michael J. Perkins School Community are exploring the option of school uniforms for next school year. We welcome your feedback as we make this very important decision for our children. We will use the feedback on this survey to solidify our decision. This survey will remain live until April 4, 2014. We will take an official vote at the April 17th School Site Council meeting.
